English Rat Tail Tieback

This colonial style pair of English Rat Tail shutter dogs is more formal than the Charleston Tieback. These tiebacks measure 6" tall and are 1 1/4" wide with a 2" projection. They are purchased with the choice of mounts: Lag Mount or Sill Mount. The lag bolt option is typically used for masonry applications. The lag bolt measures 4" in length with a 5/16" threading. The window Sill Mount is typically used when the siding will not hold a lag screw. The Sill Mount is 18" long and 3" tall. These sturdy and durable shutter dogs are made of heavy hand-forged iron and powder coated black to resist rust.
