Made from a superior copolymer and carefully engineered injection molds, Mastic vinyl shutters are among the most accurate recreations of real wood shutters on the market. You get the look of natural wood in a longer-lasting, lower-cost vinyl shutter.
Nobody enjoys weatherproofing wood shutters or watching them rot. Mastic shutters are the best of both worlds: the good looks of real wood with almost no maintenance.
Mastic standard louvered shutters fit the most popular window sizes and are an inexpensive alternative to custom shutters. They are injection molded in one piece and made before you order. Choose 12" or 15" widths in heights from 27" to 71", plus 75" and 81" in the 15" width.
Pick from 22 baked-on acrylic colors, and repaint any of them whenever you change your trim colors. Add our black decorative hinges for an even more authentic look.

Construction
Mastic standard vinyl shutters are injection-molded in one piece at the Mastic factory, so there are no joints that can come apart. That one-piece mold is also why standard shutters come in set sizes: building a mold for every possible size would not be practical.
Standard shutters are made ahead and kept in inventory until they are ordered, which is why they are often called "stock," "pre-made," or "one-piece" shutters. Once ordered, each shutter is painted in your color, the finish is baked on for durability, and every shutter is hand inspected before it ships.
